I am a student at Oregon State University doing a masters in Computer Science with a focus in Cybersecurity. I am also a freelance full stack developer and graduate of Moringa school who is conversant with several languages including JavaScript, PHP, HTML/CSS, React and Ruby on Rails.
This is a project I worked on where I had a virtual linux machine and metasploitable that I used to practice different pentesting skills using tools like nmap, man in the middle attacks, metasploit and other frameworks. I started off exploiting the vulnerabilities that were there in metasploitable, then I went further to where for every vulnerability I found and exploited, I patched to try and work on both my defensive and offensive skills.
This is a full stack project that uses web scraping with react and ruby on rails This project/website acts as an intermediary/middle man between a consumer and a product. Its products are from two different sites (jumia and jiji) where a consumer can compare prices of the products they want and see which store sells it at a cheaper price and can go to their site directly and purchase from there via our site.
There are five ways to calculate carbon emissions:Fuel, Electricity, Flight, Shipping and Vehicle pick one of the above options, head over to the designated page and fill out the forms present in the page, then the page will calculate the amount of emissions that you used. Calculating emissions CarbonAPI will classify the information and through different calculations, it will return your carbon footprint in kg/g of carbon.

Apart from being a web developer, I enjoy most of my time being outdoors. If I am not coding, the rest of my time is spent playing basketball in professional tournaments.
When forced indoors, I follow a number of sci-fi and fantasy genre movies and television shows and I spend a large amount of my free time exploring the latest technology advancements in the front-end web development world.
Most of my time though is spent on doing research as I am very much into the field of cybersecurity. The data and information we consume everyday keeps on growing hence there is an ever ending need to enhance security more importantly cybersecurity.
